            HCS  CS SB  19  (FIN) was  held  in Committee  for                 
            further consideration.                                             
  SENATE BILL 19                                                               
                                                                               
       "An Act relating to the crime of conspiracy."                           
                                                                               
  Representative Brown  provided the Committee  with a summary                 
  of MKB Amendment #5. [Attachment  #1].  Representative Brown                 
  apologized  to the Committee for the misinformation provided                 
  by the  original Amendment  #5.   She offered Attachment  #1                 
  (Copy on file) which would clarify Amendment #5, provided by                 
  the Statute  of  Limitation action.    Representative  Brown                 
  MOVED Amendment #5.                                                          
                                                                               
  Co-Chair  Larson  requested that  the  amendment be  held in                 
  Committee for further discussion with the Department of Law.
